Fares, seat availability, schedules, and baggage allowances are subject to confirmation by the relevant supplier at the time of booking. Displayed prices are indicative until payment is confirmed and a booking reference is issued.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website or our services at any time without prior notice.
4. User Accounts & Eligibility

6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the fare rules of the airline or supplier at the time of booking. Fixed-departure and promotional fares may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation penalties.
Refund requests must be submitted to support@t3travels.in. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–21 business days, subject to bank and payment gateway processing times.
7. Travel Documents & Compliance
You are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, health certificates, and any other travel documents required for your journey. We are not liable for denied boarding, deportation, or losses arising from incomplete or invalid documentation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Take A Trip Travels shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or travel services, including flight delays, cancellations, or supplier defaults.
